Welcome to Happy Hound Academy! By using our website, booking our services, or interacting with our business in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services
Happy Hound Academy provides mobile dog training services and other related offerings. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Clients must schedule appointments in advance. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept payments through our website and trusted third-party providers. Training packages must be paid in full before sessions begin. Packages are non-transferable and expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for completed training sessions or services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide a safe environment for training, including a secure space for working with their dog. All dogs must be current on vaccinations and in good health. Clients must disclose any known behavioral or medical issues prior to training.

6. Results Disclaimer
While we are committed to helping you and your dog succeed, results may vary based on the dog’s temperament, consistency of practice, and owner participation. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Liability
Happy Hound Academy and its trainers are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the dog’s behavior during or after training. The client assumes full responsibility for their dog’s actions.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, photos, and branding—is the property of Happy Hound Academy and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
