At The Happy Hound Academy, we strive to provide high-quality training services tailored to each dog's needs. Due to the nature of our training programs, all payments for individual sessions and training packages are non-refundable once purchased. If you need to reschedule a session, we require at least 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting the session. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will count as a completed session and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Training packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase, and unused sessions will expire after this period. While we are committed to helping you and your dog achieve success, we cannot guarantee specific training outcomes, as progress depends on consistency and owner participation.
